Visit was for a slow leak in RF tire. A nail was deemed too close to the sidewall to repair so a new tire was purchased. The agent did not mention a policy of comparable tire pricing, so I paid over $100 more than a comparable tire at Costco. Lesson learned.

The work was completed in a timely fashion. The waiting area was comfortable. The only problem was a part that I needed ( a two inch plastic pin/hinge for an Envision cargo shade is only available as an entire side panel). That’s disappointing.

Jeff (and the rest of the crew, Jesse, Justin and the other man whose name I don’t know) are always spot on with a smile and a welcome. They cover all the bases when I bring in my Terrain. I really appreciate their listening to my concerns and how I feel they go through with a fine-tooth comb in searching for any issues. This is my second Terrain. My first Terrain I gave to my son because he and his wife needed a family car. I did not need to shop around, because I knew I wanted another Terrain. Now my second Terrain has some issues and I need to build trust again that it won’t break down again. Having said this, when I’m ready for another car, it will be a Terrain again. Once a Denali Terrain owner, always a Denali Terrain owner. Kudos to Jeff and staff. P.S. I love how the cashier always makes fresh hot pop corn (and keeps the pop corn machine clean), and the new fish tank is a nice touch as well.

The only complaint I have is that every single time I have gone the customer service has never been pleasant at the payment window. The lady always looks like she mad. Driving back from Arizona on Monday the change oil light soon came on. I called service department late in the afternoon that same day and spoke with Jesse. He was able to arrange an early morning appointment for the next day. I mentioned to Jesse that I was having trouble with cruise control, so after oil change was done, we went on short drive to make sure cruise control was working. Jesse is always helpful and friendly as are any of the other Hardin employees I come in contact with. We are pleased with the service we always receive.

I used the GMC app. Harden was willing good to me due to me make changes to the date. One area that continues to be an issue is when my truck is returned every time the hub-cap plastic lug nuts are not properly fastened. I am aware that they do come loose I look every day. But leaving the shop by the time I get home many are almost off. Next time I will check them before I leave dealership. Over all I will continue to use Hardin GMC.

I have three dealerships closer to me for service, but I decided to go to your dealership since it had the best service reviews. Not a fan of your service department not sure I will ever go back and definitely will not recommend to anyone else. I brought my SUV in for an Oil Change at 7:30 am and was told I was first in line and should take long, since I planned to wait. My SUV then sat for 40 mins without moving from where I dropped it off. I did not get my SUV back till 10am, two and a half hours for an oil change?? Next issue: I receive a coupon in the mail for a $79 oil change, which I showed to the service adviser when I check in, and he did not say anything about not valid for my SUV. When I paid the bill, I was told there are no discounts for an oil change, very disappointing on the communication by the service writer. And the biggest disappointment was the issue with my Automatic High Beam Assist that was not working. In which the service writer told me there is no on/off, you just have to meet certain conditions, and it will turn on. I told him that I have met all the conditions listed in the handout he gave me, and it still does not work. He told me there were not any error codes and there was nothing wrong with the system and argued with me for 10 minutes that I have not met the conditions required. When I got home, I did a little research and found out that all you have to do is flip the high beam twice in two seconds when is dark, and the Auto beams come on. Why don't your service techs and service writers know this??? This was the worse experience I have ever had at a dealership.

Justin in the service department was excellent. We tried to get GMC to cover the display problem I’ve had for years on my GMC Sierra, but they refused. That was disappointing. Because it was a $1000 fix. I’m a retired Vietnam nam vet and $1000 these days is money I could use for other things so I decided to pass on the fix and live with it. Again, this is no reflection on Justin in the service department, he did everything he could I believe. Still disappointing.

I called after being told by Firestone Complete Auto Care that my GMC Terrain had a collapsed motor mount. I was given an estimate for repair, but decided to call Hardin Buick, GMC, where In purchased the vehicle, for an estimate. I had my car serviced (30,000 miles) on a Saturday and by the next Wednesday something was wrong. I took it in but there were no appointments available, so I left it. My car was there for three weeks before I got it back. What I think is ridiculous is that I spent a lot of money buying the car from Harding Buick because it was highly recommended by a trusted friend (my car payment is more than my mortgage), but I feel taken. There should have been a loner car available! Three weeks of car rental, even at a discounted price, is just bad form! I was not kept in the loop as to what was going on - I had to call several times and when told that I would get a call back, did not. I have in the past been satisfied with the service in the past, but this time it left a bitter taste in my mouth.
