Once the power came back on they got me in and out for a oil change and tire rotation

I took my 2020 yukon xl with a code P0455 and the mechanic didn't find anything wrong with the truck but the code is still there.

Sean has always been a huge help on getting our concerns addressed and getting us back on the road. We appreciate the Hardin team always taking care of us.

Service was good and advisor was friendly and kept me updated while I waited in the lobby. Only problem was my key lanyard was broken. I gave my keys to advisor fine when the vehicle was returned to me the lanyard was removed and broken .

I came to the service department without an appointment because an oil level low indicator light came on. I agreed to wait while my car was checked out and an oil change completed. There were 3 cars ahead of mine for oil changes with scheduled appointments. I was updated periodically on my probable wait time, told how progress was being made with the other cars, and treated with courtesy & respect - which is always the case for this dealership.

Everything seemed fine. The DEF was not topped off like you said per your flyer. After waiting 2 hours I found this out. I told the service rep to take the truck back in and add it. he did, but it wasn't topped off. He said as the truck moved around the gauge would fill up. That was BS, now it's half empty. Very discouraging!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful in diagnosing and repairing the problems we were having with the radio and windshield wipers.

Took two and a half hours for oil change and tire rotation as I waited. Longer than I expected. Like to have dealer do work, that way the can not question service quality.

I have owned GM products for over 20 years continuously and have experienced both spectrums of "service" - good and bad. For me, I must be able to trust my vehicle and therefore, my service location. I left my past dealership for service because following a change in ownership, they placed a new Service Manager who believed the "spreadsheet" was more important than providing reliable and high quality service. The quality Advisors and Mechanics starting leaving, being replaced by new, inexperienced (and likely less expensive) staff. Customers started being treated like numbers and concerns were ignored because "service knows better". I have seen this happen MANY times in my GM ownership. However, Hardin and Sean Eddleman are a welcome breath of fresh air. He is experienced, understands his job, and does what is necessary to provide true service - great, honest, communication, a dedication to solving problems, and taking the time to truly understand the issue. I don't come to a dealership for service to get the lowest price. I come so that I can have my vehicle worked on by brand "experts" who should know more about my vehicle and its known issues/remedies more than anyone else! Sean and Hardin clearly fall into this category and as long as that approach remains, you will have my business and full endorsement!!!!

I called after being told by Firestone Complete Auto Care that my GMC Terrain had a collapsed motor mount. I was given an estimate for repair, but decided to call Hardin Buick, GMC, where In purchased the vehicle, for an estimate. Sean took my call and provided me a rough, but good idea, what that type of repair would cost. Being lower than Firestone I made an appointment over the phone; the service dept. was busy so suggested I come in on Monday a.m. I took the Terrain in, had the repair done, even lower cost than original phone estimate, and was back on the road that afternoon.

The service employee, Jesse, was very helpful and professional.

Sean Eddleman is the only reason I drive 30 miles for service.there are 3 Gm dealers within 10 miles from my home.Sean listens to concerns and understands that to me my truck is important,as far as getting repaired correctly and making sure to inform his service personnel that I don’t want to see any scratches or fingerprints on my paint job

Despite the limited cooperation of the warranty company, Justin Vogel made sure our vehicle was repaired back to safety standards by identifying and making sure ALL diagnosed issued were taken care of. We are grateful for his integrity and determined help getting our vehicle back on the road safely.

The breaks on my Yukon were squeaking whenever i was in reverse so I went in to have them checked. The car was thoroughly checked out by the mechanic and Justin, my service rep, kept me informed every step of the way. Recommendation was made and together we decided best course of action. I was very pleased with service and outcome.

I was helped out right away

I had my car serviced (30,000 miles) on a Saturday and by the next Wednesday something was wrong. I took it in but there were no appointments available, so I left it. My car was there for three weeks before I got it back. What I think is ridiculous is that I spent a lot of money buying the car from Harding Buick because it was highly recommended by a trusted friend (my car payment is more than my mortgage), but I feel taken. There should have been a loner car available! Three weeks of car rental, even at a discounted price, is just bad form! I was not kept in the loop as to what was going on - I had to call several times and when told that I would get a call back, did not. I have in the past been satisfied with the service in the past, but this time it left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Everyone was friendly and nice. However, the wait time was longer than expected and since I had no way of getting back to work, I spent most of the day in the waiting room waiting for news of when my car would be ready.

They treat us like we’re part of the family. They really take care of us

i had a very poor experience due to poor communication on the service writers behalf i requested to get my torque converter replaced reguardless if it was bad or not but the service writer. didnt, i was under the impression the quote he gave me. included it they also put 0w20 in truck when my car calls for 5w30 the shudder initially complained about is still not fixed, i feel like i got ripped off entirely and will never do business or come back to that dealer again

I have complete trust in Justin and Harden GMC to complete the service of my Truck.

Availability for EV service was limited. Waited over 1 week for warranty work, did not have a loaner available at the time of drop off nor was one offered once any of the loaners were returned, and received no status updates of service until 1 business day before my vehicle was returned to me.

Had appointment for oil change & issue with a tire pressure sensor. Service advised re: regular service @ mileage, and later called regarding a low battery test. Had recommended & requested services done, but decided to replace battery on my own. This type of conversation I've had for 16 years with Hardin Service Advisors is why I come back.

The main problem which was that the shifter did not lock into the park position was corrected after 5-6 days. This was the same problem that had been fixed about 3 years ago. The new problem that occurred - when fixing the shifter, the technician moved the driver's seat and it broke and doesn't work now. That would be OK if it could be fixed. But now there are no parts anywhere and they are not made anymore in the US. So I am left with a seat that isn't well positioned and having to use a pillow to reach. What's worse is that I was told that this is because there were cups under the seat that led it to break when moved. I found one thin disposable plastic cup. One would think that an experienced technician would recognize if there was blockage and resistance of the seat movement that would cause it to jam and break?

Came in to look at a new Yukon XL Denali. James Keyes was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was very helpful. Highly recommend anyone to call him if you are in the market for a GMC!

Why do we pick what we want done only and leave comments for the service rep and they are never even looked at. GMC sent an email for $40 off Mobil oil change, so I signed up for an oil change and tire rotation. Got the other brand oil change and dont think tires were rotated. This isnt the first time this has happened.

Service personnel were very good, but the final outcome had much to be desired. I tipped and thanked the person in charge of washing my vehicle, but he was rushed and alone. It was lacking at best. That being said, I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else.

My first experience with Hardin was not so great. I expressed my concerns and I must say this second time was a different experience. I was not only able to drop my car off early, but it was also ready at the time I requested which is greatly appreciated.

Jesse is absolutely amazin. Hardin GMC always is transparent about repairs.

The service advisors were great as always. The woman in the cashiers office was great and very fun to interact with as always. I enjoy doing business with Hardin. My only comment on this visit was that when I brought my truck in for an oil change, I was expecting it back the same day. Service found and oil leak and I was without my truck for 9 days, which was a little problematic. I thought that is should have been a little quicker.

In addition to the service, James Keys showed me several new Yukon Denali's. After showing me the features and benefits of the new Yukon Denali's I plan buying a new Yukon in the near future.

Jesse made the whole process easy from the inspection and quote to the work and follow-up. Truck is running like a champ. In fact I was driving in a parking lot and I wasn't sure if the engine was on because it was so quiet.

The oil change and tire rotation went smoothly, and car was completed when it was requested. I wish they offered coupons for diesel vehicles - the oil change is pricey. I receive coupons for discounted oil changes from this dealership - but the coupons do not apply for diesel vehicles (which I have).

First time at a GMC Dealer after moving to California. I will be returning to that dealer.

He really takes the time with customers to make sure they fully understand what’s going on with their vehicle and does his best to make the experience smooth, whether you’re waiting or not. He even recommended walking across the street to the golf course for breakfast, which was a great suggestion. On top of that, he found out my vehicle was covered under warranty and offered to help get me into a loaner vehicle. Overall, just a great experience from start to finish.

I've had to take my car back 3 times for the same issue that can't seem to be fixed. I've had to pay out of my pocket for a loaner vehicle because you guys didn't have any. And now after getting my car back this last time, I need To take it back AGAIN for another issue.

Had 0 contact from the service advisor other than canned text messages. Did not welcome me when I dropped off or picked up my vehicle. Had more conversation with the lot porter than the service advisor.

I’m a little disappointed. I have been mentioning an issue I have had with my car for several visits and it has not been resolved and now my car is no longer under warrantty. Also, the parts department never have the parts needed for my car.

Upon leaving I noticed that the replacement oil was 0/20 not 0/40 as required after the engine recall. I called Jesse to advise and he apologized and requested to return for correction. I brought the truck back that afternoon and was promptly serviced while I waited. I appreciated the offer to comp the next oil change for the inconvenience. I had a different sales rep no option of lender car during repairs, miscommunication resulting in disrespectful unprofessional text messages and threats from agent I ignored unwanted treatment and behavior and moved one never doing business again there it resulted in keep that car and the headache the agent brought to me I’m a DV Survivor still dealing with trauma and no way I’m gonna deal with that over repairs for my lemon car I was working out a loan with my credit union I care for adult disabled daughter normally everyone was great this guy.. no way

I recently purchased a car from Thorson GMC. I had an issue with the volume control on the radio and the antenna. They would not cover it under warranty. I came to Harden and they also said they would not cover it under warranty. I went back later to order the part to do the repair, and Christian the service writer said that he could get it handled under warranty. Not sure why the other people told me it was not covered. Christian went above and beyond and provided great communication and let me know when the part was in. I’ve been called back and scheduled the repair and everything went according to plan. Great job Christian!

Used the service department for an oil change. They got me in and out quickly. I used the parts department, which had the items I wanted, in stock. Time saver for me.

I brought my Cadillac XT5 to the dealership in good working condition for an oil change. They noticed a small leak and changed the cam seal. After the service, I noticed a new issue with the vehicle shifting between Drive and Reverse. The problem has now progressed to the vehicle not going into Reverse and the check engine light coming on. When I contacted the dealership, I was told they were not responsible and that I would have to pay for a diagnostic. I am very disappointed that I brought in a good vehicle and was given it back with a new issue, only to be told it is not their responsibility.

Very quick, professional service

Service was subpar. My original service advisor ended up leaving the dealership and when I called to follow up on my service nobody called me back. After 2 days I ended up driving to the dealership and it took Justin about an hour to figure out where the paperwork was located. Then another 30 minutes to figure out the car was ready the previous Friday. Fortunately I had a dealer rental car but it took another 30 minutes to work out the paperwork and get the car out for me to leave. Was this a rare occurance yes and I do acknowledge that.

Great experience with vehicle repair. I was in from out of town and had an issue pop up with my truck. I needed my truck not only to get my family round town while on vacation, but also to be able to tow our travel trailer back home when we were done. They were able to get me in right away, diagnose the problem quicker than the estimated time they gave me, and had it fixed and got me back on the road the next day. Great communication throughout and super friendly service.
