It was good experience. I walked in, mentioned my appointment time, and was attended to. The only thing I did not like about the entire experience is the UBER/Lyft. It was an awkward feeling in the car... I felt a lot of tension, and definitely was not at ease. I miss the days when we got the courtesy car from the dealership, instead of being driven to a rental place.
