Kyle was my internet salesman. He was nice guy to work with and never pressured me into a sale. He was more than responsive to all of my questions and very prompt in getting back to me. Great guy. The gentleman in finance wasnt personable or cordial at all. Exactly what a buyer doesnt want as he's handing over $30K cash to Hardin Buick. No introduction, no welcome, no eye contact, no thank you, basically just sign here and here and initial here. I did receive what felt like an 'oblitory' hand shake as I was ushered out of his office. Definitely the low part of the purchase.
