Confirmed Service Customer
My experience at Hardin was beyond pleasant because of Justin. I spoke with Justin the prior day about the service on my vehicle. Upon my arrival the next morning walking into a room very tense and unwelcoming another gentleman asked how he can help me. I believe his name was Jeff. Very unpleasant very much attitude. Called Justin to help me because apparently a code scan on my car was not something I could wait for along with my oil change. Justin was such a breath of fresh air. Not only did he ask me about my vehicle but also acknowledged my daughter who was in my arms even a slight hello was so nice. While Justin was putting my things into the computer as I provided him my extended warranty on my vehicle to put on file another gentleman with tattoos on his arms walked up grabbed my keys and made a very loud sigh as though Justin's small talk with the customer was unwanted. If it wasn't for Justin I would not come back. The technicians have always taken great care of my car but the staff in the front dealing with customers needs an attitude adjustment. It was very unprofessional for that gentleman to make such gestures in front of the customer. I personally manage a customer service department and was greatly disappointed. Thank goodness for Justin I will be back to see him only! Your attention in this matter is greatly appreciated.
