Mentioned to Jesse, my service advisor, about the alliance between CarFax and GMC. CarFax has been sending emails stating that I was overdue for an oil change by 3 months, when in fact I wasn���t. Oil still at 20% when I brought it in. I realize that they are probably using the SUGGESTED date rather than the actual need, and probably do not consider lack of driving due to the pandemic. CarFax needs to be ���adjusted��� for publishing incorrect information.
