Confirmed Service Customer
The service man that helped us was very rude, He informed my husband that he would let us know on Tuesday morning what the diagnostic showed was needed to fix the car. The next morning he had no update for us. After 2:00 we sent another text and the answer was "same". what does that mean? which was our question to him. He informed my husband that if he didn't let him speak, he was going to hang upon him and we could come pick up our car. All we wanted was an answer since we needed to find transportation for the next day since we both had to get to work. Your dealership is incredibly rude and unresponsive to your customers. We paid extra for the warranty for the electrical system on the car, which included a rental, we were just trying to determine what we needed to do for the next day. This is not the first time we've had difficulty getting information from your service department.
