My car was in for regular service and to check why the automatic rear door did not work and why the air conditioning didn't work. The gentleman who made my apointment for me called about 3:00 in the afternoon and said my car was just about ready so I was preparing to get a ride to the dealership to pick up pmy car when he called me back to tell me they didn't have all the parts so it wouldn't be ready until the nexr day around 11:00. I had droppped off my car this past Sunday, late afternoon for an early Monday morning appointment. I just thought I should have been notified earlier that the parts were not in stock since my car had been there and available to discover what was wrong with it. I hope in the future things will go smoother so my schedule and plans won't be disrupted.
